Steps

May  add diced celery, cucumber, and/or tomato. Mix. Serve with your main  meal. Wrap in whole wheat tortilla shell or stuff in whole wheat pita  bread.

1 can              Garbanzo beans, drained

1 can              Kidney beans, drained

1 can               S & W dill green beans (with liquid)

1/2 can          Artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained

1/2 can          Black olives, sliced

1                       Red pepper, diced

1/2 C              Onion, green or purple, diced

2 C                  Shredded Savoy cabbage

1 tsp               Dill weed

1/2 - 1 tsp     Salt

1 tsp               Onion powder

1/2 C              Fresh lemon juice

3 T                   Olive oil

1/2 C               Fresh parsley, chopped
