  1. May add diced celery, cucumber, and/or tomato. Mix. Serve with your main meal. Wrap in whole wheat tortilla shell or stuff in whole wheat pita bread.

  • 1 can Garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 can Kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can S & W dill green beans (with liquid)
  • 1/2 can Artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
  • 1/2 can Black olives, sliced
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 C Onion, green or purple, diced
  • 2 C Shredded Savoy cabbage
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 C Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 C Fresh parsley, chopped
