Steps

Mix together wet ingredients and then add dry.

Place by spoonfuls onto sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

May add 1/2 C mashed banana and reduce peanut butter and honey to 1/2 C each.

  • 2/3 Cup Peanut butter

  • 2/3 Cup Honey

  • 2/3 Cup Cold water

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 2/3 Cup Flour

  • 2/3 Cup Quick oats

  • 4 Cups Flaked unsweetened coconut

  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped nuts

  • 2 Cups Chopped dates
