Wowser Waffles

Put contents into large Vitamix canister* and blend with water until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add water as needed for Waffle consistency as the mixture thickens.

Coat Belgian waffle iron once and when hot spoon the contents into each segment and cook for 6 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and crisp to the touch. Cool on rack.

*For a smaller blender mix ingredients, add water, and blend by cupfuls. Cooking time will vary with the type (regular) and brand of waffle iron.


  • 3 Cups regular oats

  • 1 Cups whole wheat flour

  • 2 Tbsp Earth Balance

  • 2 Tbsp Whipped honey

  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

  • 2 Tsp Baking powder

  • 1 Tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp EACH Chia seed and ground Flax seed
