Festive Fruit Balls

1 C      Almonds, blanched

¾ C     Each of:         Raisins

                                    Apricots, dried

                                    Dates, chopped

                                    Walnuts

Chop in a blender or food processor until they become a course meal.

Add:

¼ C     Orange juice

Pulse in blender until mixture sticks together.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls

Roll in turbinado sugar, if desired.

Set in candy paper liners

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator

 

Makes 10 balls
