Creamy Cheese Sauce

Blender in blender:

1 C Water
3/4 C Raw cashews
3 tbsp Sesame Tahiti
1 1/4 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Nutritional yeast flakes
2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Dill weed
1/2 C Pimento
3 - 4 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • Pour into a saucepan and thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Serve.
  • Makes 3 cups.
  • This cheese makes a tasty topping for tortilla chips, rice, potatoes, or other dishes calling for cheese sauce.
  • It makes a wonderful filling with beans in tortillas or burritos!
