Carob Peanut Butter Fudge

2 C                 Carob chips

1 C                 Peanut butter

1 12 oz box   Silken tofu, firm style

Blend well in a food processor.  Stir in pecans or walnuts if desired.  Pour into 9 " x 13 " pan.  Freeze overnight.  Thaw for about 10 minutes.  Cut info squares.  Serve while cold.  (Becomes very soft when it reaches room temperature.)
