Milk powder (soy, rice or other) |

Frozen sliced bananas |

| 1 tbsp |
Vanilla or maple extract (optional) |

- Blend in Vita-mix, or blend ½ recipe at a time in regular blender
- Grind nuts & dates, then add ALL other ingredients & blend until thick & smooth
- Better than the date shakes I enjoyed as a girl at the Indio Date Festival in California.
- Enjoy this smoothie in a tall, frosty glass or pour it over a waffle, French toast, or granola on a hot summer day.
