Haystack Cookies

Mix:

2/3 C
 Peanut butter
2/3 C
 Honey
2/3 C
 Cold water
1 tsp
 Salt

Add:

2/3 C
 Flour
2/3 C
 Quick oats
4 C
 Flaked unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 C
 Chopped nuts
2 C
 Chopped dates
  • Mix together.
  • Place by spoonfuls onto sprayed cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • May add 1/2 C mashed banana and reduce peanut butter and honey to 1/2 C each
