Berry Blast Salad

Slices fresh strawberries |

Fresh blueberries |
| 1/2 C |
Fresh blackberries |

Fresh raspberries |
| 2 tsp |
Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp |
Sugar or Maple syrup |
- Gently toss ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill.
- Serve in individual dishes with any combination of these optional toppings: a dollop of soy yogurt (any flavor or plain); a few crushed walnuts or pecans; a sprinkle of your favorite granola; or a few raisins.
- Looks nice with a garnish of fresh mint leaf.
- Makes five one-half cup (120 ml) servings.
