Breakfast Super Smoothie


Handful of Ice
1 C
Blueberries, frozen or fresh
1/2
Seedless orange, peeled and cut in pieces
1/2 C
Soy yogurt, plain or blueberry
1/4 C
Oat
1/4 C
Walnuts, chopped (or 2 tbsp flax oil)
1/4 C
Dates, chopped
1
Frozen banana, slices
  • First, blend the dates and walnuts to a fine consistency.
  • Then place the rest of the ingredients in blender and blend well, pulsing a few times at first to chop up the ice.
  • Add soy milk or water, a little at a time, to desired consistency.
  • Makes two smoothies.
