Breakfast Super Smoothie

Blueberries, frozen or fresh |
| 1/2 |
Seedless orange, peeled and cut in pieces |
| 1/2 C |
Soy yogurt, plain or blueberry |
| 1/4 C |
Oat |
| 1/4 C |
Walnuts, chopped (or 2 tbsp flax oil) |
| 1/4 C |
Dates, chopped |
| 1 |
Frozen banana, slices |
- First, blend the dates and walnuts to a fine consistency.
- Then place the rest of the ingredients in blender and blend well, pulsing a few times at first to chop up the ice.
- Add soy milk or water, a little at a time, to desired consistency.
- Makes two smoothies.
